DARJEELING FIRST FLUSH – SINGBULI
Meaning ‘home of the birds’, Singbulli tea estate is located about 40 kms from Darjeeling. Planted in 1924, this estate lies amongst picturesque monasteries and pure, crystal-clear lakes. Year after year, Singbulli is famed for producing exceptional Oolong teas. We have procured this batch, fresh from the finely plucked young, clonal AV2 varietals, from the Tingling division, at 4500 feet, of the estate. An organic offering from this revered tea garden, this cup is immensely smooth with a delicate floral texture and notes of Asiatic lilies and fuchsia peonies. Luscious fruity hints like muskmelon and peaches ebb towards the middle while ending on a hint of radiant camellias. Steep it again and add ice for an even refreshing experience. The freshest and aromatic cup of first flush 2021 from Darjeeling you will ever have!
